Scuba diving and snorkeling in Saskatchewan? You betcha!

Regina Scuba and Snorkel Club welcomes all divers, from beginner to pro.

We offer entry level through to advanced diver training from snorkelers, to Dive Master, distinctive PADI Specialties, refreshers for veterans, and regular dive get-togethers year round.

Who Are We?

We are an eclectic group of Regina and area folks who share a passion for scuba diving and snorkeling, and we particularly enjoy jumping into lakes across Saskatchewan.

We’ve come together as a registered non-profit organization so we can grow the diving community in our city and surrounding areas. We offer PADI training, organize regular dive events at lakes around Regina, coordinate dedicated pool times in the winter to keep our skills up, and host winter trips for warm water diving to get us through the long Saskatchewan winters.

Something scuba-ish for everyone.

  • Membership

You don’t have to be a member of the RSSC to take part in our events, but we’d love to have you as part of the crew. Membership gets you free access to dedicated pool dive nights in the winter, reduced rates on training and club swag as well as a quarterly newsletter and updates on upcoming lake dives or trips abroad.

  • Pool Nights

Being a diver in Saskatchewan in the winter can be a real drag. That’s why we organize a dedicated pool night every two weeks during the cold months where you can sharpen your skills, advance your training, and meet up with new and old dive buddies. You can even bring your friends and introduce them to the sport. Either bring your own gear or we can rent some to you! Pool nights traditionally end at a local pizza joint where we trade lies and plan our next adventures.

    Find a time

  • Local Dives

Lovering Lake - about an hour from Regina near Chamberlain - is our unofficial club lake for 3-season diving. You’ll be surprised at how many interesting things there are to see under the water, both natural and man-made (we won’t spoil the surprise as to what you might find). Join us at regularly scheduled club meet-ups and we’ll promise you a good time.

    Come along

  • Dive Training

Sign up with our club’s veteran PADI trainers and take your Open Water Certification or Advanced Open Water Certification course. You’ll do most of your training in a safe pool setting and have the chance to finish your course in the lovely tropical waters of Mexico through our partnership with Cozumel Dive School (other options for complete certification and additional courses are also available upon request).

    Book Training

Do your friends mock you for being a scuba diver or snorkeler who lives in Saskatchewan?

We feel your pain; it’s the same for us! Join us at our regular pool nights in the winter, at our regular trips to lakes near Regina and across Saskatchewan in the spring, summer and fall months, or even come on holiday with us to a warm winter dive vacation - and we’ll see who has the last laugh.

Your friends will be secretly jealous of how cool you are.

Free Facebook Group

If you’re not sure if the RSSC is right for you, why not start out by becoming a member of our FaceBook group?

This is a great - and free! - option to stay up to date about pool nights and trips to the lake. We think you’ll like us so much you’ll want to join the club (yes we’re that much fun).
